  • Skills assessments and progress reports
  • Custom development plan based on summer goals (or oversee your school's plan)
  • Routine progress check-ins with your college coaching staff

Sports Performance

Strength, conditioning, and testing

  • 5x/week weight room access during all open hours
  • Strength and conditioning programming (or oversee your school's program)
  • Regular power, strength, and speed testing throughout the summer
  • Small group training environment with other college athletes

Technology Used

Trackman, Blast, and HitTrax are used during all training sessions to track metrics and measure progress.
