Training tailored for your summer goals
- Reserved college-only time slots, Mon to Fri, 10am to 1pm
- Skills assessments and progress reports
- Custom development plan based on summer goals (or oversee your school's plan)
- Routine progress check-ins with your college coaching staff
Sports Performance
Strength, conditioning, and testing
- 5x/week weight room access during all open hours
- Strength and conditioning programming (or oversee your school's program)
- Regular power, strength, and speed testing throughout the summer
- Small group training environment with other college athletes
Technology Used
Trackman, Blast, and HitTrax are used during all training sessions to track metrics and measure progress.
